Analysis on Method and Path of Theory-building of Complex Scientific Management

摘要：

Based on the inteprctation and evaluation of the Complex Scientitle Management Theory of Profcssor Xu Xusong，this paper has discusscd the problem concerned with method and path of theory building of management science based on the principle that science shall reflect the property of the truth and be in line with the truth．The author thought that Complex Scientific Management Theory has surpassed the traditional general management theory,which iS innovation in methodology sense．The founder of theory has re-built a new theory system by use of systematic thinking and structural thinking category,presented a new theoretical system with a unque structure，clear logic and reconstructed power．Additionally,it has demonstrated the vitality of new theory which possesses both theoretical value and practical use．and has provided a copy with reference value for theory building of management science．
