Psychological Capital

摘要：

After sorting and reviewing the development of positive psychological capital theory，the authors of this article proceeds with positive psychological capital theory from the perspective of complexity science management new resource theory．According to this theory，the negative psychology also can be utilizing，but rear and unstable．The utilization of the psychological resources is a complicated process．In this paper，the discussion focuses on the positive psychological capital．The positive psychological capital is a part of the human psychological capital，constructs by six dimensions bv the CSM．The conceptual framework for the positive psychological capital development is given．In complex conditions，positive psychological capital can play the decisive role in the organization．
