A Model of the Monetary Policy of an Open Economy：a Viability Theory Approach

Based on the viability theory,the monetary policy of an open economy is modeled．Viable analysis is carried out，and the viability domain and the regulation map are given．The economic implications of the model，especially the policy implications ale listed．
