The Complex Scientific Management Application on Financial Analysis

摘要：

In the 21 century,humankind is experiencing economy globalization．Particularly，the complex science nowadays plays a significant role in our society．This paper presents an application of complex scientific management on financial analysis．It gives a complete method of present value testing for the intertemporal model of a country’s current account balance,using the vector autoregression(VAR) approach． it iS clear that more scientific methods will be developed based upon the complex sciences．
