Using BP ANN to Evaluate the Factors Affecting Technology Innovation Capability of SMEs

摘要：

A set of technological innovafion ability evaluation index system 0f SMEs is constructed and analyzed．Based on this index system,The evaluation index system iS calculate by using BP(back propagation)ANN(artificial neural network) to realize technological innovation capability evaluation． Finally,the key factors affecting the technology innovation capability of EMSs are obtained by sensitivity analysis．It has significant value for resource allocation helping to target potential enhancements of technology innovation capability and enterprises’core competitiveness.
