Research on Countermeasure of Green Barriers Based on Partial Correlation Analysis

摘要：

With the surging tide of world environmental protection,developed countries，especially Europe， Amcrica and Japan,through the developments of environmental standards，environmental Iaws and regulations,establish a great quantity of“Green Barriersto restrict and prevent foreign goods from entering their markets,protecting their market competitiveness．This paper takes China’s clothing exports to the EU for example，selecting the data before and after policy implementation which release the Eco-label in 2002 and suspend the quota restrictions on Chinese textiles from EU announced in 2008，adopting partial correlation to analyse the influence on China’s exports trade of Green Barriers，and also proposes some countermeasures．
