The Co-opetition between University Spin-offs and General Enterprise- On the Framework of Tnriple Helix

The Tripie Helix model is created to reveal the innovative new developments,ax well as knowledge development and dissemination of complex network between organizations．In the triple helix filed，university spin-offs which are considered as tmiversity produets go to the industry．Up to now,limited literatures crnploy this framework to analyze university spin-offs and its cooperation and competition with other enterprises．Based on the Tripie Helix field concept．a co-opetition-co-evolution model put forward to offer a new framework that carl better analyses such issues,especially on Chinese case in the future research．
