Toward Building Pollution Liability Insurance Market in China:Discussion under Unstable Liability Standards

摘要：

Pollution liability insurance(PLI)market in Chma iS confronted with changing liability standards which violate the rules of insurability and inhibit the PLI market．Undcr such condition,function of marketing should be well realized and enhanced in order to facilitate the exchange between seller and buyer and promote the insurance market．In this article， interaction mechanism among public policy maker,insurer and the insurcd is analyzcd and diffcrent strategies are put forward for each party to address the liability standards problem existing in PLI market in China．
