Study on the Mechanism for Forming Regional Technology Innovation Capability

摘要：

Boosting self-innovation capability and building an innovative country are long-term critical targets and strategies of China’s modernization construction．At the beginning，this Paper defines the term of regional technology irmovation capability and then brings forward the most important mechanism of the formation of regional technology innovation capability inciuding interacfive learning，knowledge productton, proximity and social cmbeddedness．Finally,the paper analyzes the key deciding prerequisites of regional technology innovation capability．
