Simulation Study on the Formation and Evolution of Knowledge Transfer Network

摘要：

Knowledge transfer network is a result of social interaction．The motivation of an individual and the social interaction mechanism ale the internal foundation and external conditions for its formation and evolution．From the perspectives of social exchange theory and social reciprocal theory,this Paper analyzes the exchange mechanism and reciprocal altruism mechanism behind knowledge transfer,and simulates the formation and evolution of knowledge transfer network by Matlab．The results demonsWate that the two mechanisms could bring the increase of the knowledge level of the actors．And the more social capital the actors have,the higher the actors’knowledge level will be．With the two mechanisms，the knowledge transfer network will be evolved from random network to smallworld network．
