Research on the Employment of College Students on the Perspective of Complex Science and Management

摘要：

Since 1999，Chinese universities enlarges their recruiting scale，the number of unemployed graduals is increasing year by year Since 2007，the U.S.subprime mortgage crisis spread rapidly worldwide， causing serious impact on the world economy,some companies has been bankruptcy,the employment dropped sharply．The rising of unemployed persons and the dropping of job opportunities has caused serious social problems.In this context，students are suggested to self-adjust，tO get employed，to have a correct job-hunting attitude．They should be encouraged to create business,to have entrepreneurship.While they get themselves empioyed,the others may also be provided jobs．
