Entrepreneurial Team Risk Decision-maHng Based on Six Dimension Factors

The main topic of this Paper iS risk decision-making of entrepreneurial group．It discusses that how individual personality of team members influences risk decision-making in entrepreneurial process According to six dimension factors of entrepreneurial group members，which include risk perception，risk preference，sense of innovation，coordination power,expression power and decision-making force，the paper researches risk decision-making process mechanism of entrepreneurial team in five members and discusses risk decision-making balance losing and filling vacancv of entrepreneurial team in four members．Finally,a case ofDEVC iS proposed based on individual personality of entrepreneurial group．
