Discussion on Enterprise Culture and Employee Recruitment and Selection

摘要：

Enterprise culture and employee recruitment and selection are a hot issue in the related academic and practical circles of recent years．This paper analyses the relations between them in the light of the conditions of Chinese enterprises and suggests that the employee recruitment and selection should be people-oriented and the related manners，objects and decisions should accord to the requirements of enterprise culture．At last,the paper puts forward building an enterprise culture-oriented recruitment and selection mode．
