THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE MODEL OF HSE TWO DOCUMENTS & ONE CHECKLIST

摘要：

This paper analyses the problems appeared in the compilation and application of two documents & one checklist and introduces the second edition which has made a lot of changes and improvement of two documents. The work-post HSE guide blends its former contents together with the existing operating procedures, and the project HSE design is made more simple and dynamic in the meantime, which make the two documents & one checklist not only easier to compile but also more convenient to implement.
