THE STUDY AND APPLICATION OF AUTONOMOUS SAFETY MANAGEMENT MODE WITH CONSTRAIN

摘要：

The safety management mode is very important to eliminate and control the hidden trouble of accident. Many kinds of the safety management mode are introducrd and summarized in domestic and overseas countries. Based the theory of the necessary development phases for safety management mode in coal mine inChina, autonomous safety management method with constraint is presented and studied in this paper. The construction of management method is improved. The application of this safety management mode can turn the passive attitude to the active attitude to all the staff. It can improve the masters consciousness of the staff. And at the same time it can provide the effective system guarantee. Efficiency and benefit are also both unproved.
