DISCUSSION ON THE SAFETY MANAGEMENT OF HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS

摘要：

Given the urgent circumstances of hazardous chemicals safety management, this article firstly pointes out to strengthen the necessity of hazardous chemicals safety management, which is based on aspects of its inherent characteristics, legal requirements and current managemental situation as well; Secondly,it proposes measures to reinforce safety management of hazardous chemicals products, which is tightened up by aspects such as improving legislative and legal system, reinforcing enterprise safety administration, carrying out the main responsibility for supervision and strengthening communication or coordination functions between departments, and to realize standardization of safety management ultimately.
