THE COMPARATIVE EVALUATIONS OF THE RISK BETWEEN SUBSEA AND SURFACE OIL-GAS PROGRESSING TECHNOLOGY

摘要：

With more and more deep water oil field explored and developed, the security of the traditional offshore development and transporting was becoming remarkable. And the cost of exploitation was raised, the economic efficiency was reduced. The characteristics and problems of the traditional offshore processing technique and subsea processing technique were analyzed in this paper. When the sub-sea production system was used, the harm to the person and environment was reduced and the .risk of offshore development was cut down.
