RESEARCH ON RISK IDENTIFICATION AND EVALUATION OF UNDERGROUND GAS STORAGE WELL BASED ON FTA-AHP
Underground gas storage wellis a high risk equipment. Considering the different importance of each index in the risk evaluation of underground gas storage wells, improved FTA-AHP method to calculate index weights is developed. Basic events which caused the system accident can be deduced logically from FTA (Fault Tree Analysis), taking these basic events as index layer in AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). The basic events are classified according to their impacts on the top event. Structure importance deduced by FTA reflects objectively importance of basic events to top event, and the weights of index in AHP are subjective. In order to combine the advantages of two methods, the combined weights that reflect subjective and objective factors are obtained based on the minimum discriminating information principle. Unproved FTA-AHP method can be applied to risk identification and evaluation of underground gas storage wells, and the case shows that the comprehensive weights can be obtained comprehensively by the method. The method with a wider application value can be extended to other petrochemical equipments.
