HAZOP ANALYSIS SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT FOR WELLHEAD EQUIPMENT
Wellhead equipment is a key component of oil and gas wells and it is the only channel for oil and gas production, so its safety becomes particularly important. Once the oil and gas wells lose of control due to wellhead equipment failure, the high temperature, high pressure oil or gas will lead to devastating result, therefore it is necessary to carry out systematic study. For the first time, HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Study) method is introduced into the field of safety of wellhead equipment, using VB programming language to develop a set of HAZOP analysis software for wellhead equipment based on the ACCESS database. It realizesfunctions such as computer-aided HAZOP analysis of the wellhead equipment, real-time call and update of HAZOP analysis database, automatic generation of HAZOP analysis tables, not only giving full play to the systematic analysis, advanced predictive analysis of HAZOP method, but also overcoming the inefficiency, time-consuming defects of the manual HAZOP, and it is significant to prevent the equipment accidents and improve the safety of oil and gas wells.
