DEVELOPMENT OF HAZOP SAFETY ANALYSIS SOFTWARE FOR THE TESTING TOOLS AND WELL-FIELD GROUND EQUIPMENTS USED IN HTHP WELL
HAZOP safety analysis method can be used to identify possible risks and recommends improvement measures to enhance device system security. Therefore, according to well-field workers need to develop software based on HAZOP safety analysis. First of all, this paper describes the characteristics of testing tools and well-field ground equipments used in HTHP Well. And then establishes database based on the report of HAZOP safety analysis with excel files. Finally establishes testing tools and well-field equipments visualization operation interface, makes selective search about HAZOP safe analysis result of the equipment with the e-quipmerit failure form as the condition.This software developed with VB, used object-oriented development techniques and modular design ideas, guides well-field workers in the event of failure to find the possible causes of the malfunction and the corresponding measures to deal with. Generated safety analysis report of testing equipment and well-field ground equipment, reference for field workers to study, provides the instruction and help for the equipment safe analysis in HTHP well production process and improved security management efficiency of the oil equipments.
