STUDY ON RISK STRATEGY OF NATURAL GAS PIPELINE CONSTRUCTION

摘要：

The tolerance degree of enterprise to the risk is relevant to the expected cost of risk control, the risk prone of enterprise, political and economical factors. The goal of risk management strategies is to degrade risk to a tolerable level through the use of science-based risk management strategies such as avoidance, control and reduction, retention and transfer. Pipeline construction project risk factors are very complex, the probability of occurrence and the severity of the loss of a risk is different from the others. In the risk management process of pipeline construction, we need comprehensive use of a variety of risk management strategies, so that each risk factor can be reduced to sustainable levels.
