EMERGENCY DRILLING EVALUATION SYSTEM FOR PETROCHEMICAL ENTERPRISES BASED ON LAYER-ANALYSIS LIST METHOD
In order to improve the operability of emergency drilling evaluation system in petrochemical enterprise and reduce property damage caused by the accident, it is necessary to evaluate the emergency drilling evaluation system for petrochemical enterprises comprehensively and provide scientifically quantitative evidence to emergency decision of related department. To solve the existing problems in emergency drilling evaluation system for petrochemical enterprises, relevant index system was established of the emergency drilling evaluation system based on Analytic Hierarchy Process, according to characteristics and related requirements of emergency drilling system. Analytic Hierarchy Process evaluation model was also established by constructing hierarchical structure of emergency drilling evaluation system factors, and synthetic weight of each index was determined by AHP method. We can obtain the final evaluation results of enterprises emergency drilling with linear weighted model, and make sure the major improvements in emergency drilling work.
