RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF THE OPEN-LOOP WELL KILLING SYSTEM BASED ON COMPUTER OPTIMIZATION
As the limit of drilling technology skills and lack of advanced well control equipments,the field technicians adjust the throttle based on their historical experience which is a certain degree of subjectivity and blindness, it is likely to cause the difference in method of operation. Improper handling can easily result in the undervoltage, leaking off the formation and other issues, leading to down-hole pressure system more complicated and delaying the safety in well killing opportunity which will cause the accident. The computer optimization of open-loop well killing system is based on the field signal collected by the computer, guided by the security implementation interval of pressure curves monitored by the real-time monitoring software in the well killing process and combining with well killing hardware system. The well killing curve fluctuates within a reasonable range by manual throttle adjustment to a-chieve the purpose of safety in well killing. This system is able to realize real time monitoring the well killing parameters and guarantee the parameter variation in the security implementation interval which will put an end to fictitious operation error resulting in borehole pressure system more complicated, such as the undervoltage, leaking off the formation, et al. It will be more safe and scientific in the process of well killing.
