RESEARCH ON MEASURES AND EVALUATION OF RISK IN DRILLING THICK IGNEOUS IN MALANG SAG
As the development of exploration and drilling to the deeper and complex formation, the risk in drilling is becoming harder and harder to control. This paper, firstly analyzing the features of Igneous in Malang sag, evaluated the risk in the process of drilling in Igneous, and accounted that the risk in drilling the igneous formation came from the some complications such as wellbody instability, drilling fluid property, BHA property, bit property and so on. Through defining the safe mud density window, evaluating drilling fluid system and analyzing the property of BHA and bits, the measures on keeping safe in drilling Igneous of Malang were given. The study of this paper had important meaning to effectively dodge the risk in drilling the Igneous formation and draw up the safe technical measures for drilling in Igneous formation.
