FAILURE ANALYSIS AND PRECAUTION ON CONVECTION STAGE COILS OF PYROLYZING FURNACE
Failure causes of the convection stage coils of a paralyzing furnace are analyzed By spectral analysis,metallographic analysis,e-leeron microscopy analysis,energy spectrum analysis and other methods. The results show that; tensile stress is generated by the action of coils under internal pressure and the action of fins under the welding residual stresses;stainless steel and chloride aqueous solution medium are easy to produce a combination of stress corrosion,as a result,chloride stress corrosion cracks emerge on both fins and stainless-steel coils and extend from outside to inside of the coils.
