EROSION SIMULATION FOR GAS PRODUCING COLUMN UNDER SPIRAL DEFORMATION
In the gas production,column failure caused by erosion had gradually attracted gas producers attention.In the high temperature and high pressure gas well,apart from the harsh force condition,columns also faced with corrosive gases and sand erosion effect.Li-wan field was a high yield gas field.In the actual produetion.the gas-solid two phase flow showed turbulent characteristics,which would cause serious shear and erosion destroy to the column.In this paper.the erosion effect was simulated by CFD software for the production column under spiral deformation.Comparison was taken between the erosion rates of production columns under spiral deformation with different pitches.The relationship between the erosion rate and the pitch was obtained in the conclusion.
