FAILURE ANALYSIS ON THE FRACTURE OF SHAFT IN CYCLIC PUMP

摘要：

Fracture analysis of the pump shaft was carried out by scanning electron.chemical composition analysis .macro and micro frac-tography to test a cracked shaft of the pump .This article analyzes the result of testing,and shows that the cracking of axle is a typical type of losing efficacy by fatigue,the examination result showed that the main cause of the shaft fracture was fatigue damage.the impurity in axle surface,which result in micro-crack to mass parallel fatigue sources is the immediate cause of the failure.then.for this reason the corresponding prevention measures were presented.
