ANALYSIS OF THE ACCIDENTS FOR THE HAZARDOUS MATERIALS IN KOREA

摘要：

The systems in Korea regarding manufacture, storage, transport and use ofhazardous materials are regulated by the related laws and ordinances. A potential accident from hazardous materials has recently increased as a lot of hazardous substances are greatly consumed and delivered. It is found that most of accidents are caused by human problems and those are occurred frequently at unauthorized facilities. It is concluded that workers should be trained more and the strict regulation are needed to reduce the number of accidents caused by hazardous materials.
