FAULT DIAGNOSIS OF RECIPROCATING COMPRESSOR BASED ON UNDECIMATED LIFTING SCHEME PACKET AND KOLMOGOROV ENTROPY

The vibration signals of a liner were measured under three wort; conditions, including normal operation, loosening of piston and piston-liner wear, the method combinng undecimated lifting scheme packet (ULSP) and Koimogorov entropy is introduced to cany out the classification and diagnosis. Initial operators were calculated through Lagrange interpolation formula, and then wavelet packet decomposition was operated using undecimated algorithm; noise can be restrained via thresholding operation in wavelet, and then the corresponding Koimogorov entropy of the signal is adopted as the basis of diagnosis. The results indicate: ULSP is of good ability of filtering and impact signal extracting. Koknogorov entropy of signal denoised by ULSP can distinguish different fault conditions, and is of good discriminabihity in reciprocating compressor faults diagnosis.
