THE LEAKAGE ANALYSIS OF STEEL TUBES USED IN TRANSPORTING OIL AND GAS

摘要：

Some steel tubes used in oil well were leakages in the period of one year, so it was resulted in a more safe& environmental accident. By means of the chemical composition analysis, mechanical properties tesing, microstructure examination, ultrasonic testing (NTD),water chemical composition analysis and SEM energy spectrum analysis, the leakage steel tubes were analyzed. Ths result showed, that they were welding tubes, the quality of the welding tubes were very bad,by the corrosion of medium, the welding tubes were leakages in a short time .
