RESEARCH ON STATUS AND DEVELOPMENT TENDENCY OF INFRARED IMAGING TECHNOLOGY APPLIED TO FAULT DIAGNOSIS OF OIL TRANSFER PUMPS
Oil transfer pumps are the key equipments that ensure the oil transportation put through successfully. The existing fault diagnosis methods have limitations on detection sensitivity and location accuracy. Infrared imaging diagnosis technology is a kind of fault diagnosis methods providing mainlawing plans by analyzing and recognizing the infrared image of the equipment captured by the infrared detector. Infrared diagnosis takes on three tendencies of the development:(1) the research on infrared diagnosis will turn to quantitative analysis which can be utilized to predict the location and severity of the fault; (2) combination of advanced pattern recognition wiD be utilized to extract the nfrared target area precisely to make sure the accuracy of fault diagnosis; (3) i will be coupled with other fault diagnosis technologies to work out the fault location problem.
