THE REVIEW OF BLACK POWDER OF SHAAN-JING GAS PIPELINE

Shaan-Jing Gas Pipeline I which belonged to PetroChina Beijing Gas Pipeline Co., LTD. was the first modem long distance & high pressure nature gas pipeline in china in the year of 1997. Black powder problem now is more and more important for the pipehne company. This article describes the pipeline cleaning data and analysis records from 2000 to 2004 for the Shaan-Jing Gas Pipeline I. Comparing the pig cleaning data and the analysis records of black powder, the amount of black powder was gradually de-crease.from 2002 to 2004, and the Fe element of black powder was reduced.
