CORROSION INSPECTION AND FAILURE ANALYSIS OF GAS WELL PRODUCTION TREE

摘要：

Gas well production tree are subject to harmful effects from both the surrounding environments and the operating conditions, and carbon dioxide is one of the factors that influence the safety of the pipeline seriously. In this paper, the production tree valve and riser in YH23-1-18 gas well are inspected, and the corrosion features are analyzed from the CO2 partial operating temperature, corrosion membrane and corrosion character. The studied results indicated that the valve and risers failure was caused by the carbon dioxide corrosion and the anticorrosion measure is suggssted.
