ANALYSIS ON SCALING MECHANISM AND INFLUENCED FACTORS OF STEAM-INJECTION BOILER

Take the high-level SiO2 water from heavy oil recovery of Liaohe Oil Field as the research object, through the simulation experiments, the situation of scaling in the tube of the steam-injection boiler is analyzed. The scaling mechanism of steam-injection boiler and the influenced factors of scaling are discussed. The measures to prevent scaling are proposed. A theoretical basis is provided to prevent the accident of durst pipes effectively, to ensure the steam-injection boiler to operate safely and stably, to reduce the treatment costs of the circulated water.
