EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE OF REFINERY AIR SEPARATION SYSTEM BASED ON RCM

摘要：

As the new development of the equipment maintenance policy, applying the reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) has good effect in changing the maintenance from the breakdown and preventive mode to the integration of predictive, preventive, improved and breakdown modes. This paper is about the RCM based maintenance optimization method and the air separation system of a petroleum refinery is used as an example to illuminate how to apply this method in refining and chemical industry.
