RESEARCH ON APPLICATION PROCESS & EVALUATION METHOD OF COMBINED CASING WEAR RESISTANCE IN DEEP & ULTRA DEEP WELL
Casing wear in deep and ultra-deep well drilling is becoming a technology bottle-neck in domestic gas and oil drilling engineering, and the severe wear situation cant be controlled by using the traditional and unsystematic methods for casing wear prevention. Based on analyzing various technologies for casing wear prevention, an application process of these technologies has been presented. And an evaluating model, which depends on data of theory analysis, indoor test and field experience, has been constructed in the paper. Furthermore, a model for computing integrated cost of casing wear prevention has present as well. Thus provides key methods for the casing wear prevention in deep & ultra deep well.
