THE PRACTICE OF STRAY INTERFERENCE DETECTION USINGER COUPON

摘要：

In order to determine the level of stray interference on an oil products pipeline, a kind of ER coupon and corresponding data logger were employed to the on-site test of stray interference current (density). The test results were analyzed and compared with relevant standards. The results showed that this kind of ER coupon enabled to measure the stray interference voltage and current (density), to quickly judge whether the corrosion was occurring and to estimate the corrosion risk.
