RESEARCH ON DESIGN AND TRACING TECHNOLOGY OF AN INNOVATION JETTING PIG
Pipeline pigging is an internationally emerging technology in recent decades. It has been widely used in cleaning and maintenance of different types of pipelines in developed countries. On the base of complete analysis of pipeline operational parameters, powders and past job information of pipeline cleaning, a cleaning pig which will meet all gas pipeline cleaning standards is investigated and developed. Pipeline pigging operations and safety control methods are proposed to achieve the target of a safe, effective implementation of the pigging. The tools of locating and monitoring were developed, which can monitors the distance of monitoring is longer than traditional ones. From the design and theory of the jetting pig, for pig running, which was effectively avoid of stuck, it depend on the stirring of gas to decrease the possibility of stuck.
