Mechanical Properties of CNF/CFRP Composites
Carbon fiber-reinforced plastic (CFRP) have attracted great industrial interest in the automotive and aerospace industry due to its high strength and rigidity. Carbon nanotubes have a great potential to enhance mechanical strength in composite materials, because of their small dimension, high strength and the remarkable physical properties. In this study, the mechanical strength and the influence of anchor in layers were examined by impact and CAI tests, aiming to get the lower electric resistance and high strength composites by using tube-type carbon nanofiber with high electrical conductivity.
