Developing Epoxy Tackifier in Solution for RTM

摘要：

Two kinds of epoxy tackifiers, matching epoxy matrix resin used in Resin Transfer Molding (RTM) were developed in this work. At first, the epoxy resin was dissolved in acetone solution equably to obtain two kinds of spraying tackifier. Then, the viscosity of tackifiers was tested to obtain a proper concentration of tackifier used on preforms. At last, the optimal concentration as 30％ and the lowest content as 2 wt.％, according to the weight of preform were gotten by comparing the compatibility between the tackifier and matrix resin, fixing effect and distribution of the tackifier on preforms.
