Aerodynamic Surfaces Control Allocation for RLV Reentry

In this paper, aerodynamic control surfaces of reusable launch vehicle (RLV) in reentry phase were converted into a constrained optimization problem, and using a mixed linear programming algorithm to solve them. For nonlinear between aerodynamic control surfaces and control torque, the piecewise linear programming algorithm was used to solve the control surfaces failure and on-line reconflgurable optimization problem. Finally, simulation verify three failure modes of aerodynamic surfaces by piecewise linear programming method and aerodynamic surfaces can be reconstructed with good performance and a smaller allocation error.
