Study on the Application of H-infinity Control to Double -layer Vibration Isolation System

Double-layer vibration isolation device can significantly reduce the vibration of machinery and equipment delivered to the base or the environment However, the passive approach is difficult to isolate the low-frequency vibration effectively. Active vibration isolation technology can set the control law according to the adjustment of dynamic characteristics parameters of the system , realize isolation requirements that passive isolation can not reach; In this paper, mixed sensitivity design method is applied, the performance weighting function and robust weighting function are reasonably chosen, the problem of robust feedback controller design translate to solve a standard H∞ control problem. The simulation results of frequencydomain show that isolation system can achieve good vibration isolation effect at the specified frequency band and the H∞ Robust control algorithm can effectively improve die isolation performance of double-layer vibration isolation system.
