The Top-level Design and Application of The Database about Corrosion Damage Morphology of Aluminum Alloy Stucture
Collected the results of corrosion damage morphology of aluminum alloy structure which has been studied for over ten years, this paper intends to get different images about surface morphology of corrosion pits .which contained 2-D&3-D image, using several kinds of methods to detect the pitting corrosion damage. Aluminum alloy corrosion damage morphology of the database is designed based on the redevelopment of CAT1A so that it could achieve the storage, retrieval of image data, the display of 3-D image and so on. In this database, it sets up an interface with an analysis software NASTRAN, and the prediction about the residual strength and remaining life of corrosion damage aluminum alloy structure are achieved preliminarily.
