Creolization, Innovation, Knowledge Sharing and Performance in Global Sourcing of IT Services
This study attempts to explore the influence of creolization on innovation,knowledge sharing and performance. We have conducted surveys in 20 companies in Beijing Zhonguancun Software Park, Shanghai Pudong Software Park and Xian Software Park, China,with 293 valid questionnaires answered by the participants who are involved in global sourcing projects. The collected data have been analyzed through the use of SPSS (V16.0) and AMOS (V16.0). The results indicate that creolization has significant impacts on innovation,knowledge sharing and performance in global sourcing of IT services,which adds theoretical understanding to exist theories on global sourcing and provides practical implications to the industry.
