A study on the Dynamic Alliance mode in multi-language information processing industry

Along with the globalization of economy, the conversion between languages becomes unprecedented frequent. Furthermore,language is of great importance in the service outsourcing industry as well as the implementation of Going Out Strategy of Chinese enterprises. As a result,the multilanguage industry came into being and is being paid more and more attention. In virtue of scientific and technological achievements as well as the information superhighway based on network technology,the multilanguage information processing mode has been shifted from manual,translator-centered system to automatic, network alliance mode. This dissertation discusses the application of the new organization patterndynamic alliance in the rising sun industry-multilanguage information processing industry,expounds the significance and necessity of the application of the new business mode in the multi-language information processing industry,and explores the said business mode and organization pattern.
