Research of Process Rule Specification Extended by Answer Set in e-Government Affair System

摘要：

One important feature of government process is its rule-complex. In order to fully meet the needs of describing process rules in e-government affair system,this paper extends the existing process description model by answer set programming (ASP). Such that problems like uncertainty,law-forbidding regulation and multiple selections in joint examination are easily and precisely solved. Practically the model after extension becomes more natural and closer to routine business,helps to ease the burden of process definition,and convinces a wider scope of applications fitted.
