The Issues and Countermeasures about Supply Chain Management for Enterprises under E-commerce environment

摘要：

The issues and solutions of supply chain management for enterprises under E-commerce environment are mainly involved in the old management concepts,the collaboration obstacles among trading partners and the lower level of enterprise information. The management concept of Chinese enterprises should be changed to realize the horizontal integration management model. To strengthen the trust relationship among the members on the supply chain for achieving the win-win among enterprises at the supply chain nodes and to enhance the infrastructure construction of information network for realizing the SCM information network.
