Study on Chinas Trading Risk Controlling of Vegetable E-market

摘要：

With the development of electronic commerce of vegetables,there emerges a mid,long-term vegetable electronic trading market,which plays an increasingly prominent role in sales of vegetables, circulation promotion,the reduction of physical resale procedure,logistics cost savings,the discovery of price and other aspects. In the past two years,the dramatically increasing risk of trading center and dealers which arose a seriously effect on the development of vegetable electronic market due to the lack of supervision,speculation,imperfect legal system and many other factors. This paper,from the characteristics of vegetable e-market,analyzes transactional risk,establishes a controlling emarket risk model,and then puts forward measures and suggestions to mitigate risks.
