Research on the Influence of Recruitment Websites Based on Link Analysis

The aim of this study is to investigate current influence of recruitment sites in China through link analysis. The PageRank (abbreviated as PR) value of 50 recruitment websites were calculated respectively using Google search engine in 2010/12. At the same time,the number of interlink and the number of website links from different sources of the recruitment sites were collected using Altavista search engine. Based on the statistically analyzing, the results show the regional characteristics of the recruitment sites distribution,the relevance between website ranking and the number of interlinks with the PR value,as well as the attributes of the recruitment sites that the different link sources reflect,to ultimately uncover the core sites. At last,this research points out the inadequacy in link analysis of the recruitment sites,offering proposals to the sustainable development The proposals reveal the key to solve the digital divide,as well as taking into account the profitability of recruitment website.
