Appraisal System of Electronic Business Performance Based on Value Chain Processes

摘要：

E-business is a technical & economic system with multi-objectives. In this paper,a firms processes are analyzed from the perspective of value chain. In terms of the link nodes of value chain,the contribution of EB to a firms market upgrade and internal management upgrade is analyzed. Indicators and their weight are determined by Analytic Hierarchy Process at criteria and appraisal level. It is concluded that the market and management upgrade a firms EB brings about can be effectively measured from the control-subordination relations among indicators.
